you know as i see that losing 15 kg in a MONTH neva heard of such thing YET, but i may gve u a piece of a good advise
keep out of the three white poisons:
1. White bread
2. Soft roll ( or maybe hamburger bread)
3. White Sugar
maybe instead of bread do like the chinease do..eat RICE!!!!!
and eat a lots of fibres, such as lettuce, carrots, cabbage...etc;
decrease eating dose fast foods cause it really fulfiled with FATS,
Plz keep away from Chocolate espicially when your hungry!
and the sooner your meals the better, n dont eat after 9 pm
Exercise regularly, but concentrae more on walking n running
n thats set for know but go by my advice ull lose a lot
n if u wanted more....

whoaaaaa... i dont even think that is possible in a healthy way. my recomendation to you would be to eat rich in protien foods and no bread!! startch and complex carbs are the hardest to burn. I would also recomend going to the gym EVERYDAY and including treadmill work for at least an hour combined time. also by not eat late niight snacks.. calories you burn to lose wieght have to be less the the amount you eat or it wont work. A good protein shake in the morning lunchtime and evening before a work out will help your body have enough energy to BURN BURN BURN!. also sitting in a hottube or sauna after a long work out will help you sweat out any unwanted water wieght. 15kg might be pushing it but you sure as hell can feel better and look better in a month... start today!

low-card diet-some ppl have succeeded in losing a large amount of weight in this diet.ex.south beach diet

detox-since you only drink water and limited amount of healthy food, and almost no junk foods, you lose weight fast!, but it's hard and potentially dangerous, don't do it unless you are really really really outa shape!

others - well, there are others, but they don't really work that well

again, i don't think you should lose that much in one month, but o well, some ppl just want to !(no offense)
