I know Ahava is one, but what are the correct characters for the name and how do you pronounce it?

איימי (with vowels: אֵיימִי)
It is pronounced: AY-mee ("ay" as in tray, "ee" as in bee)

Ahavah (אהבה) means "love", so "Ahuvah" (אהובה, "beloved") would be a proper translation of the name Amy.
