LMAO, good question. If you are asking is someone would reward them based off the "merit" that they were a convicted felon, I would think not. But I wouldn't think a scholarship would become void just bc a person was a ex con, unless it specifically said it in fine print. Anyway check out fastweb.com. Good luck!

well a convicted felon may be able to get a scholarship but i highly doubt they have scholarships just for convicted felons

As long as the felony is not drug related they are able to get grants and loans.
