My cat was in a fight the other night with I guess another cat and when he stops meowing his jaw acts like it's moving but he's not making any sound. I'm worried that there is something wrong with his jaw and I don't know what to do

Take him to the vet- sounds like a nasty injury. If you can't afford the vet, call the ASPCA or your local shelter- they should be able to offer lower cost services. Either way, he NEEDS medical treatment! Good luck

Its a very simple answer.

Go to the Vet!

Anytime your cat gets in a fight you should take it to the vet to get treated for any scratches that could get infected.

For the safety of your cat it would probley be best to keep him inside. Getting him neutered would help a lot with keeping him out of fights. I suggest doing one or the other or both if you'd like. It will definitly keep your cat from getting into any fights.

I am kind of confused at your question. The way I took it as, he's meowing, but then he meows again without a sound? He may have dislocated his jaw or hurt it, causing him to feel uncomfortable and want to move it. Check inside his mouth for any broken teeth that may have lodged into the gum also, this could cause that aswell.

whenever in doubt....call the VET!!! If this happened to you would you not see a doctor? Think of your cat the same way as they can feel pain and love like humans. I hope your cat will be ok soon.

Go see a vet or at least ring one. Sounds like he might have been injured in the fight. The vet will tell you

Go see a vet as soon as possible. Your cat may have been injured far more seriously then you think.

Please, see a vet or go to an emergency pet hospital as
soon as you can. When cats are in pain, they will try to hide it.
I can tell by your question, that your kitty needs medical
attention. Good luck.
