There is no part of the Koran that says that. Fanatics have interpreted parts of it to suit their own blood-thirst and lunacy.

In the following verse, Muhammad uses the Arabic word qital (root is q—t—l), which means warring, fighting, or killing:
9:29 Fight [q—t—l] those among the people of the Book [Christians] who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden and do not profess the true religion, till they pay the poll—tax out of hand and submissively. (Fakhry)
The two most interesting clauses in this violent verse are (1) People of the Book (Christians in this verse late in Muhammad's life) are to be attacked if they do not profess the true religion: Islam. This leaves the door wide open for terrorists today to attack and fight Christians because they do not adhere to Islam; (2) Christians must pay a tax for the 'privilege' of living under the 'protection' of Islam—submissively or in humiliation.
Islam does not mean "Peace", it means "Peace with God". It certainly does not mean peace with non-muslims.
The sad thing, the terrorists have NOT hijacked the religion and are NOT misinterpreting it. This is a very dangerous religion.

There is a prophecy that muslims believe in. The way some branches of muslims interpret it is that in future an imam(someone having a status near prophet) and a Messiah will come. They will kill everyone who'll deny islam and not beceome muslim. Now, it could be that because of this prophecy they think that all non muslims will be eventually killed, some muslims may think that by killing non muslims and doing Jihad they are doing the promised Messiah and imam a favour. they are helping them deal with their duties beforehand. The voilent nature in muslims may have been introduced by the misinterpretation of this prophecy. they are glad and think it good to kill nonmuslims. Now i am not talking about every muslim. this belief could be strong among AlQaieda and other terrorists group. However, that is true that nowadays muslims are blamed for any unusual thing or any attack that happens, which is unfair.

The Quran does not command any acts of violence any more than the Old Testament does (and there is a lot of stuff in there about killing in the name of God and ridding sin, but it was specific to those people at that time not a general rule, same with Quran, they at the time were told to rise against the 'infidels' who were persecuting them but no one but the wackos take that to mean kill all non-Muslims) . There are over 1.3 billion Muslims in the world so obviously most are not terrorists. Every religion has it's nut-jobs.

Kimo! So who did it..You?
And if Islam was against 911, then why did millions of Muslims in the Middle East dance in the streets after the terrorist act?
Why have Islam never openly condemn 911?

This is an ignorantly phrased qestion. Islam does not condone such acts, niether does Christianity. Islam is a younger religion and is in a time of turmoil and unrest, what has happened is that some small sects have warped their religion and created a modern version of the Catholic crsades from the middle ages.

There is no part of that holy text that calls for such acts. They are carried out by radicals and not Muslims. The same can be said of "suicide bombers," as well.

The Unholy Quaran says:
"Prophet, make war on unbelievers and hypocrites, and deal rigorously
with them." - Sura 9:73
"Let not the unbelievers think they will ever get away. They have not
the power to do so. Muster against them all the men and cavalry at
your command, so that you may strike terror into the enemy of Allah
and your enemy... Prophet, (Mohammed) rouse the faithful to arms!
If they (the non-Muslims) incline to peace (accept Islam) make
peace with them." - Sura 8:59
"If they reject your judgement, know that it is Allah's wish to scourge
them for their sins." - Sura 5:49
