As a guy the thing that makes me take notice of a woman most is how she acts (preferably mature because if she acts immature, example "flashing me" shows she has no respect for herself), which brings me to my next point, she needs to be respectful of herself and others around her and show that. Personality (always attractive when a woman isnt afraid to be herelf and stand out in public or anywhere for that matter). And for most men i guess how she dresses is an issue. Id be more attracted and interested in a girl that dressed correctly and less interest in one that dressed too revealing.

Get a new look. Don't change who you are, just try something different. Try a new hairstyle, new clothes, etc.
Be yourself. Everyone probably says this, but it's true! No guy wants a girl to pretend she is something she's not.
Don't cuss. It turns guys off most of the time.

1. Go out of your way to show him that you are smart, funny and kind
2. Wear scented perfume or soap
3. Act flirtatious or girly anytime he's around
4. Any chance you get, touch his shoulder, hand, arm, etc and smile a lot
5. Laugh at all of his jokes
Aside from that, you have to remember to BE YOURSELF!
