I am currently working on a six pack and i was wondering which way they look the best. Does a six pack look best when it is totally ripped or when its just toned or when its just flat with very little muscle definition showing?

Looks best ripped but most girls would just be happy that you are in shape. Keep up the good work!

toned not ripped and also a little muscle is HOT!!! Too much muscle is a turn off for most girls.

i think a six pack looks best when it is not sooooooo incredibly toned..like not completely body builder toned but like highly defined is good...

toned is better i think.....but thats just me then again its in betteween ripped and flat so ur better off toned and if she want ripped u can work on it : )
