I have this new girl started working two month ago. two week into work, while she was walking out, i asked her if she like to stop for coffee, i was blunt, no discussion, just after her and asked that, she said she has to go to meet his friend.. I am very shy, so i jsut avoid her for next two week, no talking, try to aovid facing her, then slowly we started talking again.. now we talk, but then one of my coworker said to her something.. indicating indirectly that i like her..
So I was wondering what i should do now. should i ask her again to see or wait and try to be friend for long time...what should be best way to approach her,

Oh boy, very akward situation. I had a few early on in my career and I learned the hard way.
You have already taken the first step and asked her out. She now knows u like her or at least suspects u do. It is not your move, the ball is in her court.
I would strongly suggest u play cool, be nice & friendly but that is where you draw the line, no asking out, no flirting etc. If u push too hard it is gonna be ugly. Working together will make things even worse, cause u have to deal with her or at least see her on a regular basis. You are also expected to be professional about your job and a lot of companies have a policy regarding dating.
If she likes u, she is gonna make a move. If she does not, you will probably know she is not interested and save your self from a big fat NO. If she does, then u win.
