Like some of the people have already stated, it is wrong for a person to hate another country
a sense of pride in your heritage is perfectly acceptable, but to hate another country only takes the world further away from peace, instead of asking questions that make people think of what country they hate, ask questions that will have people overcome differences
and I hope I don't sound too Idealistic
The country where I live is America, and I dont have anything against America, and the second country I'd love is India, because of my parents' culture, although there is much propaganda today in the media to create biases towards certain countries, I think it's still wrong to hate another nation
but my answer would be incomplete for you question

Love - Switzerland. Many different languages, culutres, and interesting people.
Hate - Mexico. Very currupt and still not willing to rebel. Every country must rebel against their government at some point to get more for their people, and Mexican citizens usually ignore it or run away from it.

I think it's wrong to hate a country. You might not like some of their leaders, but not hate the country.
If there is a country that you think is going in the wrong direction and you see its citizens suffer, then you have a responsibility to help, not hate.

I'd say the UAE is my favorite country from my vacation in Dubai, and the one I hate the most is Israel because of their violence and treatment of the Palestinians, their political corruption, and their meddling in foreign affairs. (note, I hate the country of Israel, not the Jews. Most the Jews I've met are cool folks)
That was my anti-anti-Jewish disclaimer ;)

I love the US, but not it's government and their supporters. That makes like 49% of people of the US which I like.
I think I hate Spain.
I'm Mexican, by the way.

I'm assuming you mean "country" and "love".
Love: Japan (not my country despite my name)
Hate: North Korea (or if you're picky -- Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
