She lost her little toe in a freak boating accident recently, and I have a foot fetish and really don't find her very attractive anymore.
Also, she insists on keeping her unibrow bushy and won't floss regularly.
What do you think?

Well, it depends what your relationship is based on. If you are, in fact, engaged I'd hope that your relationship is based on more than her feet, eyebrows and other superficial things. Sounds to me like you might be frightened of committment and just looking for some sort of an excuse to end the relationship.
Let's say you married this woman. If 5 years into the marriage she lost her toe - would you divorce her? I'd hope not. It doesn't seem like a valid reason for breaking off an engagement either. Marriage is suppose to be for better or for worse. If you can't make that comittment now, the problem is with you not her feet or her unibrow. I suggest you talk to a counselor about this.

If you're this superficial, I'd advise you to leave her so she can find someone who appreciates her. A little toe? I don't think this would qualify her as disabled.
