well, this should help you out :)
Don't look too eager--he might think you're too obsessed or just flat-out weird.
Before you talk to him, take a deep breath. Seems pointless, but it does help!
Joke around and be fun, be don't try too hard, or you'll make a fool out of yourself.
Smile. Laugh. Flirt a bit. Look like you're having fun.
Don't act weird and laugh at everything the guy says (guys hate that).
When you talk to him, act like he's your friend and remember to breathe.
MAKE EYE CONTACT. I know it's scary, but this will help him know how you feel. Make sure you are smiling while you do it, and do NOT do it for too long. It's not a staring contest.
Be nice to him; guys don't like it if you are mean.

No matter what you say, you are trying to steal this boy away from his girlfriend. What does that say about you as a person.
Move on, wait, he may break up with her, then you can talk to him.
But for now, don't talk, unless it's just a generality, like the weather or movies etc.
Making a move on him, will make you look foolish, it's unavoidable.

become friends with him first. im in love with my best friend he doesnt know that. i would bug him and say "shouldnt you be talking to your girlfriends, insted of me?" then we would laugh.
