so i have about 3 months to gain weight... about 20-30 pounds...and in the right places,,how do i do that please help me this is really important,,im 16 years old,,im about 5'6-5'7 and 110 pounds,,i know im really skinny so please help me!!!

eat a lot of protein and do slow concentrated exercises (like pilates).

don't go to subway, you lose weight, try mcdonalds. or talk to a doctor or trainer about ways to gain weight

work out. run everyday, adn eat lots of protien

sit down and eat for like..5 days..or more..with no execise..it will work
