For several reasons, the first of which is to protect innocent young girls (and boys) from sick perverts like you!
The age of consent is there so young people can make their own decision about when they are ready for sex not so their boy/girl friends can pester them into doing something they're not ready for. It also helps to keep unwanted pregnancies and STIs down.
I guess you'd be happy for 4 and 5 year old kids to be doing it just so you can take photos or even take part?? Get a f**king life you sad twisted sicko!!

BE FAIR this could be a CHILD / YOUNG teenager for ALL anyone knows.
If you are then hun I had a child at 16 due to under age sex. I wish now i had of waited till i was older to make this descision and i am sure most kids who have a child at this age all feel the same way.
At a tender young age you might think your in love and think sex feel or the thought of sex is something cool....but i promise wait till your older and you find the right person
YOU WILL BE SO MUCH MORE COOLER and SEX will have more meaning to you
YES you are a young adult but safe your reputation and dignity
aswell when your an adult you can make lots of choices travel the world a good career lots of shopping or lots of girls if you are a boy
early age sex can lead to nothing more then maybe changing dirty diapers 7 times a day you think about it hun

Because anyone under the age of sixteen isn't mature enough to make the decision of having sex and could be pressurised into doing things they aren't ready for, personally i think it should be raised to eighteen, but I am probably being unrealistic. Hopefully you are speaking as someone under sixteen, if not you are a paedophile looking to sleep with people under the age of consent.That is just wrong.
