let me know what is the weight of baggage can be carried by an international passenger

It depends, each airline have their on guideline. Check the airline web-page or call the airline and find out how many baggage you're allowed and the weight capacity per bag. BA allow 1 23kg bag for economy class per person and then they charge for extra bag. Virgin Atlantic allowed 2 23kg bag for economy class per person.

Grace is probably right for most flights but be careful. Continental stopped letting passengers pay for extra baggage about 6 months ago. now if you have too much, you will have to leave it behind, at least for international flights.

It depends on the airline, but most allow two 50 lb bags free. Heavier pieces or extra peices can be taken for a fee.
