Why get over it? Caffeine is high in anti-oxidants, tastes good, gets your brain in action, and has no calories. Several recent studies support the value of coffee in our diet....plus it's legal.

From experience...don't quit cold turkey. You could get migraines if you do. Wean yourself off...1/2 cup less a day. Substitute the coffee/soda you are not drinking with decaf coffee/tea or caffeine free soda and water, etc. Do this over a week to 2 week period and you should not have any side effects of caffeine withdrawal...good luck!

Do it by replacing the benefits of caffiene (alertness and response time, i.e.) with natural replacements. I was able to kick the habit while I worked as a personal trainer. First, I knew I had to practice what I preached to my clients, but secondly, I had no more desire to drink anything caffienated. Exercise and staying hydrated can obliterate the "need" for your body to achieve the stimulation it needs to stay active instead to spontaneously sleeping.

Try too ween yourself off little by little, so you don't suffer from headaches and the shakes, so much. The first three days will be hard;but it's a piece of cake after that. Good luck!

Well i would not reccomed to stop drinking it. If you drink alot of coffee then everyday have smaller portians of it. If you try to give it up all at once it would be to hard.
