To prove if the Bible is true, we don't need to look far. Hundreds of books with historical, scientific, and archeological data have supported the Bible's credibility. The studies for these truths are called apologetics.
Most people today, unfortunately, have not even read the Bible. As a result, many people tend to go along with the increasing delusion that the Bible is full of mistakes and no longer relevant to present times. Their searches have been from a surging atheistic desire to disprove the Bible.
Instead, thousands of investigative findings have led to confirmation of the exact details stated in the Bible. Historical, archeological, and scientific evidences alike have reinforced proof of Bible truths. Confirmations have been almost innumerable, particularly in this last century (i.e. the Dead Sea Scrolls, Red Sea Crossing site, etc). The Word of God was penned by inspiration from the Creator long before scientists stamped their approval on experimental findings. But mankind tends to look at things from a skeptical or scientific, secular perspective when the facts have been in the Bible all along. A few examples of this include:
The Earth is round, not flat as once believed (Isaiah 40:22).
Atmospheric circulation (Ecclesiastes 1:6).
Field of Gravity (Job 26:7).
Biological importance of blood to life (Leviticus 17:11).
In addition, there are statements consistent with Paleontology. For instance, several books in the Bible refer to dinosaurs. Job 40:15 and 41:1 speak of two such creatures. And there are numerous verses referring to dragons. Yet mistakenly, some have thought dinosaurs and men did not exist at the same time.
An undisputable proof is the overwhelming 100% accuracy of Biblical prophecy. There are thousands of fulfilled prophecies including about the life, death, and resurrection of Christ. For example, one of the many Old Testament Messianic prophecies fulfilled by Jesus can be read in Isaiah 53. It describes the life of Jesus Christ 700 years before it happened! Keep in mind that all of the Holy Bible is God inspired and is His revelation of all truths!
Without reading the Bible, it is difficult to determine its truths. Spend time reading the Bible on a regular basis and search out for yourself what the Lord has already told us; it is rich with His loving design, wisdom, and sovereign power

The truth of the bible is not physically proven, yet there are times on Earth in which the truth of the bible is proven. For example the bible had said that not all those who hear the words will abide by them. This truth is proven when others stray away from the bible and God. However, in circumstances such as the Moses leading the isralites out of Egypt it is not really proven. To belive in the bible you must have faith and trust. You must go beyond the normal scope of faith and grasp the word with credubility. You must believe that it could be done. The bible cannot be proven scientifically, but it can be grasped through faith.

How can you prove the truth of the Bible?
By proving the faith of it's followers. Many doctrines have been chosen and cast aside over the centuries. Remember that The Bible is a framework for a lifestyle, in a very basic sense.
From the Iliad to Mien Comp (sp), belief structures are set forth in the Bible the Torah and the Qur'an All of them made to control a society by controlling the minds of that society. They do create and hold faith.
People need to have faith in something. It is a "must", religious scientific, political or familial. Faith is the gift of the Spirit. all living creatures have a spirit and all spirits must connect to something. Man is the only writer, not the only intelligence.

There are several mediums where you can find the veracity of the bible, Namely: your own life experience, dreams, research on other books which has no relation to the bible such as buddhist's teachings, and your own insatiable nature for seeking out the truth.
Funny, because the only true way for me to understand Jesus and his teachings was thru the insightful teachings of Buddha, dreams and life time experiences.
Of course, the most important element to prove or disprove the Bible is to keep an open mind about other facts even if some facts meant to discredit the Bible. Eventually, my own experience has put Jesus above the test of time.

Unfortunately you can not. There is no scientific test available that will confirm creation, salvation, or heaven and hell. However we do have "historical" evidence of events, people, and places. Many stories told in the Bible have long been doubted for lack of evidence. Since the mid 1800's many archaeological discoveries have validated much of the Bible. There is tremendous evidence of Noah's flood all over the world, even though many scientist (not all), believe so strongly in evolution that their interpretation of the evidence is biased. If you check out the web sites of the 'Institute for Creation Research' (ICR) and 'Answers in Genesis' you will find hundreds of articles on truths in the Bible with indisputable evidence.

That depends upon which truth of the Bible you are speaking about.
Many prophecies have been fulfilled and are a matter of historical fact and are recorded in encyclopedias or other reference resources.
Many things about the nature of God are beyond the ability of the human mind to fully grasp due to the limitations imposed by a sinful nature and therefore cannot be proven with human tests.
The reality and truth of the Bible can be proven by one sure, unfailing test for each individual.
The TEST OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCE in submitting to its claims upon the conscience.
The truth of the Bible is not proven by consensus, professional expertise or group acknowledgement because it was meant to transform individuals.
In other words, one person cannot prove or disprove the truth of the Bible for another with mere argument or facts alone.
If a person is willing to submit to the test of personal experience, then that individual may realize the truth of the Bible.
One more thing...
The motive for reading the Bible determines whether one will understand or misunderstand the Bible.
wrong motives = wrong understanding or misunderstanding of the Bible
right motives = right understanding of the Bible

The word Bible comes from the Greek word that means "books". The Bible is a collection of Writings about God, about Gods relationship with human kind, about our relationship with God, and about how God wants people to relate to one another.
Many different people, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, rote the books of the Bible. The entire Bible was written in different times and places, over a period of approx. 1000 years, from about 900BC to 100AD
Inspired means that God is the author of the Bible, but it does not mean God dictated the Bible word for word.
God chose certain people who made use of their abilities with the Holy Spirit acting in them and through them. Then they wrote the truth that God wanted us to know for our salvation. There are 39 books in the Protestant Old Testament and 46 books in the Catholic Old Testament. We know the authenticity of this books and those of the new testaments because of other texts written such as Herodius 388-428BC, the earliest copy 900AD a 1300 yr lapse 8 copies generated as well as Ceasars Gaelic War written 48-58 BC with the earliest copy being in 900AD, a 950 yr lapse.
The New Testament written 40-100AD, earliest copy in 130AD and with the Old Testa. around 350AD, a 30-310 yr time lapse, no. of copies 5000+ Greek, 10,000 Latin 9,300 others.
Seriously these are facts, hope this shed some light to the questionnaire

The same way we prove the truth of the Lord of the Rings.
Didn't Frodo destroy the Ring of Power? Wasn't Gendalf resurrected by Eru after his death fighting the Balrog? These are the facts.
