I like this guy and I think he might like me too. Does anyone have a good way or technique or something to let that person know that you're interested? Thanks!

Be like "Hey can we talk in private for a second?" and then when you get somewhere private you'd say "Umm...i just had to get this off my chest. I've liked you since _____ and i just need to know if you want to be more than just friends".

You make it sound like life or death. It isn't that big a deal, to tell someone you like them.
Now if you like them in a certain way, and you really mean love, that's a bit different. A more romantic setting is best.
But to just tell some one, you like him, should be as easy as falling off a log.
I would suggest, that you get together for dinner, lunch, or just a cup of coffee. and when you are both relaxed and have been chatting for a bit, just say, "Hey, you do know, that I like you, a lot"
If you feel he likes you too, and I'm sure, that if you feel it, it's true, then he will let you know, that he likes you as well.
So just be cool with it, no big deal, just smile and say it.

Flirt with him and if he flirts back he likes you and it is safe to tell him that you like him.
You should just come out and tell him because if you don't you'll be wondering for the rest of your life if he likes you back and you'll never know. However, if you ask him then you'll know and if he doesn't like you well then who cares and atleast you know and you'll get over it.
Does he have email?? Cause I could ask him for you. LOL

if ur too shy to talk to him face to face about it maybe right a note or call him, email him or maybe tell a trustworthy friend of yours to go tell about your feelings...........

keep your head up and just tell him.
if you're still too shy to tell him, then get someone else to tell them for you.
