Yes it was rude. If it was outsidew of his house, then it would have been fine, but you need to respect other people's homes.

If you were entering her father's house, yes you were very rude. You should not have put your hands on him, period. You, do not have to beleive in Allah, that's your choice & your right. But if it's his house, it's his right to ask you to respect his beliefs, if you choose not to then you can leave. Under no circumstances you should not touch him. He feels just as strongly as you do. He has no right to force his religious beleifs on you, but in his home he is allowed to ask you to respect his beliefs. I think you owe him an apology for pushing him. Happy New Year.

LIAR.... You are the biggest liar.... Muslims do not 'bow' to Allah when entering anyone's house not even the house of god (according to to religion of Islam;mecca) the only time Muslims bow is when praying....
They probably told you to take you're shoes off and you got pissed.....LIAR!!!

Yes, it was rude. I am not Japanese, yet if I was to meet one, I would bow in friendly meeting anyway. I am a born again Christian, and as I was bowing I would be saying in my head that I am bowing to the Lord Jesus Christ. If you are atheist, you could just go through the motions since you believe in nothing.

Absolutely!
Religion aside, you entered someone's home, seriously disrespected them, and insulted their beliefs.
If you had done that in my home, you would never have reached the first stair.
Consider yourself extremely fortunate that you are here to ask that question.

!st, your story doesn't mesh with reality but let's say you did push him, that was very rude. What right do you have to put your hands on someone else?

its strange, i think he was telling his daughter to offer prayer(namaz). there are timings to offer namaz, maybe he was angry because he wanted his daughter to offer namaz on time and not to skip it. but the thing when you enter a house you bow down to God is not true. i think there's a misunderstanding.it could be that the time you went to his house was when its time to offer prayer(namaz) and he wanted his daughter to offer it.
However, this is no reason to speak to you harshly or explode at you. then i think when you pushed him, it added to his anger and he was outraged. it was rude for him to yell at you at first and for you to push him.
