Are we talking hooked up or HOOKED UP, there is a difference.
if you are just dating/going out ,hooked up, then if she goes out with you again, good sign that she likes you.
if you are having sex. HOOKED UP, if she hooks up with you again then , i would assume that it means she likes you.
don't be so insecure, i hope that you are not too young to be asking this question, if so, forget everything I just said.

If she hooked up with you and it was at a party with drinking than she may not like you. If not than give it a shot ask her on a date if she says no it was sorta like a one night stand if she says yes then its on

So it sounds more like shook up instead of hook up. If you can't tell whether she likes you then it is likely she doesn't. Most people make it obvious when they do.
