Purchased an older print Jesus with Shepard Cane, Knocking on a door. By W. Victor Guinness, All I can find is Illistrations of W.W. II. Anyone know anything about his other works or him???
The Frame is punched metal, has a small lite in bottom.

Try the fine are sites and databases search for artist. All that came up in Yahoo are the posters.
Also, try the auctions and dealers and galleries listed below. Call them, you will get some that are stuffy, but some will help.

Have you tried to "google" the artist. They will have the most information on him. You could also go to your local art gallery or library. If you have any antique or auction places near you I would try them. Take a picture of you print with you. Most artist appreciate it if you can show them the print you are referring too.

My husband has the exact same painting. His grandmother received it in 1945 as a wedding gift and the only thing I could not find anything about it except your question.but I do know its very old.if you find anything about the painting please let me know also and I'll do the same.
