yup i do it all the time go to www.mygirlyspace.com then on the right side click generators the first one to come up is layout generator
note: just make sure you have a photobucket to get the url for whatever the image is you want on the layout

go to hot-lyts.com and then click on the create your own layout link.
that, or you can edit codes on a given layout.

You could go to this website and you could create your own layout and then post it.. its really cool
