Get rid of it all - hide the ketchup, the sweets, crisps, chocolate EVERYTHING sweet in a cupboard she cannot get into. Lock it if you must. Give her a normal meal, sit down together and eat as a family. Ignore her when she isn't eating and praise your younger child for behaving correctly. If she asks for anything sweet then tell her she can have it after tea, and carry on with your dinner. She will probably kick up a fuss the first couple of times you do this...it is important that you ignore her, she is used to getting to eat what she wants and has to learn now to eat what she is given. When she is calm remind her that she can have something sweet (e.g. a freddo bar) when she has eaten her tea up. Don't let her have anything sweet until she has eaten an amount you feel is enough for her (it is probably best to just put how much she will eat on her plate). Try and steer clear of sugary drinks too - drinks like Ribena (around the same sugar content as coke, fyi) and many fruit juices have a lot more sugar in than you would think, so make sure you check the label before giving them to young children. I know this will be very hard, and you may have to let her not eat for a day or more, but remember that if she is hungry she will eat - not just eat sugar. Don't let her have anything sugary until she has had her main meal.
