These are a bit tough as languages, each with a new alphabet for you to learn. I suggest you pick the one you want to learn first. Greek is easier because it has fairly easily recognizable letters and the vowels are standard. (Hebrew vowels are just dots and small marks around the consonants). Besides, that way you'll learn to read the New Testament first.

It's always better to take a class, but if you can't do it at a college or church near your home, you can start getting the rudiments at the following web site.

If you insist on learning Hebrew first, you can probably get a class at a local reformed synagogue.

reformed synagouges are now offering basic hebrew learning classes now.
