I am going to see my crush for the first time in two weeks. I want to talk to him so bad, but when I do I usually mess up. So should I act all cool, like, "Hey, how was your break?" or should I just let him ask me. And please don't say "be yourself" because if I did that, I'd probally ask him if he likes forks.....

I did that today!!! haha i hadn't seen him all break and then i just FROZE i could of peed my pants (not really but u get it right?) . I manged to smile and he was really pleased...I ended up describing how i was on the wrong "time clock" i mean OMG wtf is my prob....but he understood and asked me if I got enough sleep last nite (answer=no)...if ur shy u might not even get courage to look at him ( even tho ur dying to)..but DO IT. just smile and say exactly that (how was ur break) even if its not ur thing. Then the rest of the convo is all you.........

Hey! Let your crush do all the work and you have all the fun. Assuming that he also likes you, give him the "sign" that it's okay to approach you. Once he does, he'll probably start asking you questions and then you can just let things flow from there. I know you have "skills", so don't be afraid to use them. Good luck! ;)

Just break the ice... asking about the break ya know... what did you do over the break, spend time with family? etcc... That should work....

But don't pretend to be someone you're not. If he doesn't like you for you, then he isn't worth your time.
