Being that I do not know you, it's difficult to answer. You sound like you are pretty confident. Maybe you are looking to hard, maybe you aren't looking enough, maybe you aren't in the correct places.
Your time will come, it will come when you least expect it and with the person you least expect to have it happen with.
If you are looking to hard, you will never find it. Just stop looking , go with the flow, relax, don't dwell on it, and it will come in due time.
People told me the same thing, I didn't believe it, it got to the point to where I finally gave up my search, and I am now happily married

Well surfacely you sound very cute. But what are you like on the inside...are you warm, sweet and caring? If you also have those qualities you will find a guy one day and it will be worth the wait. If you don't have those qualities...work on it.
How old are you? If you are a teen, don't be in a hurry for love. It will find you when the time is right.

Your probably too pretty and most guys are intimidated by beautiful girls , we fear rejection and baby you would probably turn away allot of guys if your as pretty as you say . I myself think red heads are beautiful women and " HOT "!! but this is what's probably keeping guys away from you they feel your out of their league and I don't blame them .

You are too vague! Do you have co-workers. I have found many elgible and sociable people at church... even if you are not certain of your Faith. It is a good starting place. It's is much better than a nightclub scene.

it could be any number of things it could be that guys see you as stuck up it could be that you havnt found the right guy (or he hasnt found you) dont be too worried we all go through periods of time where we dont date for a while
