Depending on if it is a friend or just someone you know, but either way i would have to just say hey why do you like to humilate people, do you need attention that you aren't getting? It's wrong regardless when someone does other people that way. I stay away from those people.

approach them with an arsenal of insults and comebacks so you challenge them mentally and don't become their victim. a good insult or comeback is only effective if you don't swear and don't get emotional or upset. try things like "shut your mouth, maybe it will heal" or "shouldn't you be sniffing luggage at the airport?" Just be prepared to get it back at you!

Let him know he is a jerk by rolling your eyes and taking deep breaths every time he opens his mouth, throw in a few 'Oh Brothers!' now and then to keep things tense. He'll go bother someone else pretty soon.

What are you approaching them for? Do you wish to confront him on his behavior? Do you want to ask him out? I'm confused!

I advise you to approach them with a mallet. (kidding, of course)
