Lift your glass and say something along the lines of...
"Parents of the bride...parents of the groom...families, friends...would you join me in a toast to this remarkable couple? Dear (his name here) and (her name here), thank you for sharing this celebration of your love with all of us today....thank you for renewing our belief in the power of love...thank you for having the courage to stand before God and declare your devotion to each other....and thank you for being the wonderful people that you are. May your love always give you the strength that you need to travel life's road."

These are short and sweet - a toast to the groom, to his bride, and to their love:
Here's to the groom, a man who keeps his head though he loses his heart.
Here's to the bride. May your hours of joy be as numerous as the petals of your bridal bouquet.
To the lamp of love - may it burn brightest in the darkest hours and never flicker in the winds of trial.

Here's to the bride
And here's to the groom.
Stay clear of the buffet
I need some elbow room.

May your love be as deep as the snow in the Glen
and your troubles as few as the teeth in a hen.

i would say "when i look into ur eyes i find myself wanting to sing" i would then go into a musical interlude(preferably with a broadway number: "the lion king" has some particularly touching numbers for weddings)
...or...
say "u have been a big pain in my life and u highly remind me of a cancar sore or the severe case of herpes on my signifigant other"
