There is this girl in my class and I am friends with her. About 2 weeks ago i decided to ask her out and she said "Sorry, I dont think I can." We are still friends and we talk, but i dont know why she said no, she might have a boyfriend I dont know about. What should I do?

Nothing is more annoying to a woman than a man who keeps asking her out despite repeated rejections. She knows how you feel, if she becomes interested or somehow she could date you, she will let you know.

Personally I think "sorry I don't think I can" means she is not allowed to date but didn't want to say that her parents don't allow her to date and in all honesty, that is a good thing because high school should be about studying and important things, not worrying about who is dating whom and what base they got to. If you really value her as a person, be friends and let things develop naturally.

If you really like her then ask her out. Follow your heart and follow what it says. Dont listen to your brain you never know what is going to come out of there. But if you think you guys could still be friends I would stay it might be because she has family problems at home with her having a boyfriend. I would get to know her a bit better before you try to get serious at all with her.

No don't ask again. If she wanted to go out and couldn't at that time, she would have suggested an alternative. Since she didn't, assume she isn't interested in more than being friends. The best thing for you to do is ask another girl you think is nice out, there are plenty fish in the sea, and getting obsessed with one that isn't into you is a waste of time.

You don't want to seem too clingy or desperate so don't ask her out again but you could ask her why she said no. More than likely she just doesn't want to ruin your friendship but if you assure her that it won't then you may have a better chance with her. Just be upfront and tell her that you've been wondering why she said no. If your such good friends it shouldn't be too hard to talk about. Good luck.

I know this wont be the best answer but why don't you ask her "why doesnt she want to go out with you?" It's not mean to just ask. If you like this girl, then you souldn't hold back yourself from asking her why? But don't push it. Girls don't like it when guys ask so much questions. And since shes your friend, she should tell you a straight up answer.

Ask her out again and if she says no again ask her if she has a boyfriend or why does she keep saying no. No need to beat around the bush. Just be straight up with her.

What ever your little heart tells you. Say to yourself, as I often do "What is the worst that can happen ? Then it doesn't sound so frighting, does it ? She will either say Yes or No. You can handle that, can't you ?
Good Luck to you and Have a real good school year !!!!
