depressed guy, who doesn't know how to respond to the outside world? Not a description of me, but one of my semi friends. He's never had a girl like him. I thought that was like impossible, for anyone. Wondering if any of u would actually date him, i couldn't think of too many positive things about him sorry it sounds so negative. One positive thing he is very creative.

It's all about getting to know him. However girls do go for a guy with some self confidence and a smile. From your description the immediate response is no, but like I said, it's all about getting to know him. He's probably a lot different when he's truly being himself. Especially if he's creative! Those are the guys that are usually great to be around.

You said he is emotionally immature and depressed and you could not find much positive about him. That is most likely his problem. Who wants to go out with someone who is negative and depressed all the time? Do you find yourself attracted to females who complain about everything and are never happy? What about girls who never see a bright side or drama queens?

I don't think it matters so much that he is overweight. I mean to some people weight does matter but not to everyone.

Personally, I think it might be his attitude toward things and the way he presents himself to others. Because I can't think of anyone who is attracted to depressed and emotionally immature.

Wow, immature and depressed... how irresistable. =P I suppose there is some girl jsut like him out there, and they could hit it off... but probably one or both of them would sabotage the relationship eventually.
Your friend needs either counseling, some self-help books, or at least a wake-up call. He needs to grow up and take charge of his life if he wants to find a mate. Or he should just stay single and not inflict his toxic behavior on others.

No, I would not date an emotionally immature guy... Not for long, at least. The "overweight" part doesn't bother me, my husband is overweight, but I love him to death for so many things, including emotional maturity and stability. It kind of depends on a mix of traits I guess, not on any particular trait. Sounds like your friend's problem lies not simply in his weight or emotional maturity level, but mostly in the lack of "charm", or "charisma" (however you call it). Charisma tends to overshadow personality flaws - without it, they lie exposed.

Is because of the fact maximum of the individuals of girls opt for to locate a guy who acts like a actual guy in comparison to a girly and who exhibits their male powers( not intending to place his woman down) yet women human beings do like annoying adult men, especially interior the intercourse section, the only situation is that all of us opt for to locate a annoying guy who's additionally intense high quality, polite, kind, common, worrying, and humorous. And that form of impossible to have the two on the comparable time.

A guy like that asked me out once. (Actually, he was VERY overweight and immature in almost every aspect — he was 19 and he played Yu-Gi-Oh.) I was friends with him, but I wasn't attracted to him in the slightest, so I had to give him the just-friends talk.

I could deal with slightly overweight but it's a definite no to the emotionally immature.

I could handle the slightly overweight but not the other stuff, to much emotional baggage. Has he considered seeing a therapist?

Yes.
My bf doesn't think he has the greatest body either, and he's not the most mature person on the planet at all times, but I love him.
He has his troubles, but some girls overlook them, and go out with them anyway.

slightly overweight- yep as long as he has an awesome personality and there is something cute about him.

emotionally immature- nope...I'm too old to deal with child like behavior

depressed- nope...too much drama

So...if your friend is all 3..then no way. He has too much baggage.
