Far older and far more mature than you are, child "Entertain us, please."
The earth is 4'5 billion years old.
Man has been on earth for 60,000 years
This was all written in the Tianic texts.
I am Tianice. I am not a creationist.
If a faith far older than Christianity can accept it.
Why cant a 2000 year old religion?
The world you live on is the Physical world, Not the spiritual world. Learn all you can while you can. After all, a soul is a terrible thing to waste.

This is a good question. However it is hard to answer considering if you look at the chronilogical order of the bible...it seems to be around several thousand yrs...however if you study deeper into the bible...you will see that the Bible says that a year to God is as a thousand years to man...
In Genisis the Bible reads, "In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth."
In Genisis the Bible reads, "And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made."
Between the first verse until the last above you see a 7 day period to man, but to God it is actually 7000 years.
But if you look even deeper, the second verse describes how the Earth was without form and void....and reading the first verse we see that "In the beginning" God created the Heaven and the Earth... In the Beginning could mean Millions or even Billions of years ago! God said later in the Bible that he didn't create the world without form...that leads us to believe that between the first verse and second something major took place...such as war in heaven with Lucifer...Possibly his fall damaged the Earth in some way...who really knows...but reading the first verse and the second you clearly can see there is something!
If you study the bible closely you can clearly see where millions or even billions of years could have passed before man was ever introduced to Earth.
The more you dig into the Bible the more you find how the Earth could actually be very, very old...as in billions of years old!
In my opinion and seeing evidence of fossils and rock...it's clear there was much more time than most people are willing to believe! The Bible even shows evidence of this!.

The oldest thing you can calculate in the Bible is Adam who is about 6031 years old today if he's still alive. Genesis claims that the earth already existed.
The creation days in Genesis does not mean 24 hour period as some or most Creationists believe but as a range of time. Check this sentence. Like in the dinosaur's day vegetation was more abundant than today's. The day here does not represent 24 hours but could be millions of years, depending how long you think the dinosaur day is.

Relativity states that time is a dimension and can therefore change. It depends on the speed of the Earth as it moves in space. If we look back in time we assume that time has always moved along at the same rate. If the speed of the Earth has ever changed, then it will scramble our perceptions of time frames. If the Earth would be moving at the speed of light then time would freeze. If there is no movement then time would be instantaneous. (all things happen at once). We are currently somewhere between these extremities.

no one of us can be completely sure. it could be 4.5 million. it could be 1200. it could even be 300, for all any of us know. and, considering you said 'Creationists, how...', I'm assuming you're not a creationist. I'd like you to prove to me how old the earth is. why dont YOU entertain US for once.

Around 8-10 thousand years. There is also scientific evidence supporting this claim, links to which I have posted many times before, but atheists don't even bother to entertain the links, and if they do, the information is "unreliable" or "outdated" simply because it doesn't say what they like.

It's as old as it is, there is no definite way to tell, and you know that. So keep your remarks and sarcasm to yourself.
