I've never heard of a breed of dog being outlawed.

What part of MO are you referring to? In the St. Louis area, it's not illegal to own them. I don't know about other parts of the state. You need to check with whatever city that you live in.

yes my parents live in lebanon missouri and they are banned there because ppl's pits were killing livestock. good luck and god bless.
