It is impossible! First off the human stomach can stretch to 10-12 times its normal size and second your body would reject that amount of food and you would begin to vomit....

technicaly you can explode your stomach eating too much of anything, people have died this way yes its very possible, maybe not neccesarily likely, those that have done this tend to have some outside circumstances helping them like a neurological disorder that doesnt allow them to feel full or other irrational hunger brought on from drug use like hashish or marijuana. broccoli and califlower do tend to produce a lot of intestinal gas, it is possible to light farts , so this could be a methane explosion of sorts, if you wish to try this its best done through a pair of jeans so as to protect more delicate parts from the bursting flame.

If you ate bushels and bushels of it in a sitting I would think you would become ill before you explode. Everything in life should be enjoyed in moderation.

if you ate a lot you might bust open and your guts would go everywhere but dont think you would blow up like a bomb or the terroists would probably already do that.

nup its super good for you but there are other good veggies to eat

zuchini
corn
carrots
pea
snow peas
bean
butter beans
cauliflower
pumpkin
mushrooms
cabbage
potatoes
etc......
its betta to have a variety of veggies not just the one
