Make a list of what you want to accomplish this year. If you feel up to it, make a list of what you want to accomplish in this lifetime. You can make headings like "physical - mental - spiritual" or "work - possessions - lifestyle" etc. Now dedicate one hour every day to each of the things you want. JOB - looking at ads, organizing your reference list or resume and calling for interviews for 1 hour. PHYSICAL - exercise and plan good meals for the crock pot or whatever and make the shopping list for 1 hour. ORGANIZE - pick a room or one section of it or just a closet or drawer. Then get rid of anything you don't know to be useful or believe to be beautiful (you don't really need all the old potato peelers that don't peal anymore) and the throw pillows are really no longer nice looking anyway so get rid of the crap or relocate it to where it is most useful, for 1 hour. APPEARANCE - go through the closet and try everything on, chucking what doesn't fit in size or style and making outfits you hadn't considered before, making a list of the basics you need to fill in the gaps - for 1 hour. Now have a cup of tea and hit the sack - you got another round to do tomorrow. Good luck

First relax. Learn to feel good about yourselves. If the situation is too difficult for you.. get the company of someone who love you.. ( lover, parent, sibling, friend). Or stay with good friends. Start being part of healthy relationships and be the giving person. I feel we feel loveless not because we are not being loved.. but because we don't give out love. Once you start loving ( yourselves
surroundings, friends).. physical and mental health follow. Then you can be organized.

I would fix the physical first. If you feel good on the outside, you'll feel good on the inside. Your attitude toward everything will change after that.

Me too. I walked out of my job, but I've an interview soon. I'm tackling my house. I'm normally cluttered and untidy and I'm trying to get myself organised. I know I'll feel so much better when its done, it will help lift my depression. The physical side of it, get up - do your hair slightly different, wear make up and you'll feel better about yourself.
Hope you feel better soon :-)

First things first, you have to take care of you before you can begin to tackle anything else, start there...

Are you a Christian? If you are, then your relationship with Jesus comes first. He will take care of the rest.
