I got it from the Aerie Resort in B.C, I can't remember the whole thing as there were about 10 courses. However, I do remember the pistachio-crusted goat cheese and endive salad, sweetbread cannoli, buffalo steak with a foie gras sauce and fennel ice cream.

For starters, smoked salmon with black pepper and lime, with a little toast on the side

Main course would be Thai Beef Green Curry

Dessert? Apple pie and custard.

There is, however, no way I would ever mix these - they are simply my favourite courses.

I also love meatloaf and mashed potatoes or spaghetti in clam sauce.

I never used to like Indian food but my boyfriend took me to a restaurant and it was amazing. Jalfrezi was my favourite, so I would say a chicken Jalfrezi is my favourite meal. I also love fajitas and enchiladas. So Mexican is another favourite of mine, I like spicy stuff.
