"Every entity is in a state of flux; moving, reacting, adjusting, and changing. The amount of change is, of course, dependent on its ambient environment, outside stimuli, and its basic (foundational) characteristics."
The Scientists call this "evolution".
The Creationists call it (by) "intelligent design".
So what's the problem?
Oh, I see, evolutionists say it started by happenstance.
Well, isn't that special?
They criticize us for having faith, and then they have faith in happenstance.

There is more than enough evidence to prove evolution. As for an explanation as to where the 1st organism came from....that is not a question for evolution, that is about the origins of life on earth which is a completely different issue with it's own share of theories and speculation. What I fail to understand is how anyone can even begin to compare evolution and CD. While we may not ever know all of the answers and details to evolution it's existance is an indisputable fact. CD on the other hand is nothing more than fairie tales based on myth and superstition with absolutely nothing for support or back up.

Well, despite not having concrete proof of how the first organism formed, there's a lot of evidence for evolution.
Evolution and Intelligent design are not incompatible, necessarily. The fundamental difference between those is whether or not God set the whole thing in motion. That we cannot know, and probably shouldn't bother arguing about because it's not nearly as important nor interesting as the rest of the history.
It's creationism that believes God made everything in 7 literal days. And there's really no evidence of that at all, outside the Bible.

It's funny... because Evolution HAS been proven. It's a fact and that really is not up for debate. There is literally MOUNTAINS of evidence for Evolution - so much that it's been declared by scientists around the world as a fact. No getting around that.
People arguing against Evolution have already lost. It's not even a losing battle. Pathetic isn't it? They might as well try and disprove gravity while they're at it.
Evolution is not supposed to explain where the first organisms came from... it explains what happened AFTER that occurred. To know about the first organisms look up abiogenesis.

Evolution and the origins of life are SEPERATE TOPICS. Evolution doesn't care where life came from, only how it changes in time. So there you go - you don't have an argument against evolution. And saying goddidit doesn't get you anywhere, whereas evolution has been used in many medical and pharmecutical cures - it's useful, applicable, and is saving lives every day. ID can't say that.

"So why do we try to prove either, when we really can't?" Because if we didnt science would not progress. We would be stuck in primitive times. And you cant really prove anything so we shouldnt learn anything? In time we will create life in a lab.
Everyone who say "if we came from monkeys why are they still here?" seriously needs to have a sit down with an evolutionist and have it drawn out for them. Its so simple. I think for many its just vanity. They dont want to belive they are an animal.

Yes Ronon!
One day Science will indeed find out that that there is indeed a living designer. In the meantime, Scientists and Atheist, Jews and gentiles are all searching for the truth.
Life is simply a search for the creator.

The proof of God is all around you, the question is, how far will you go to disprove, or ignore it.? As far as to say, we are descendants from apes, .. we swing around from vine to vine and are nothing more than banana eaters,..just more "evolved"
Genesis
1:1: In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth
1:2: And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
1:3: And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
I don't need science to tell me there is a God,I know beyond a shadow of a doubt what I believe. And there is nothing that will change that.

We might figure out enough to see how life emerged by scientific exploration. We might fail and learn vast amounts of information, some with practical application. At least we learn. Creationism / Intelligent Design is about not thinking.

We may not be able to choose one or the other true but we can definately disprove Evolution. The fosils found of animals a long time ago were all bigger than the ones of today. Which means that there can't be evolution with a devolution happening. If you would like to know more look up John McKay who has done vast amounts of research on the subject. He actually used to be an evolutionist so he's got a great story.

THEY DIDN'T COME FROM ANYWHERE! Life just happens. That's part of the universe and there's nothing we can do to get away from it. Whether or not there is a God and whether or not s/he is a being on a cloud in the sky or an energy matrix that enfolds and surrounds everything in the universe, that doesn't matter at all. Life Happens.
And what is your definition of life? Does it include rocks? I've been told that rocks are intelligent. It could be hooey but - who knows?
