Probation violation is going to be what they make stand out; not that the rest of the charges will vanish....some options could be house arrest, remanded to the DOC for his remaining suspended sentence, or extension of probation (which, it actually starts over, too).
Either hire him a real lawyer, or make sure that he gets a good public defender (which he'll get if he is indigent).
Driving in the wrong direction (which I assume you mean) is a misdemeanor no matter where you are at, unless he hits someone or was drunk.

Depending on his prior convictions he may actually be sentenced to do some actual time. He may receive probation again and mandatory counseling for whatever the problem may be. Best wishes! Is he working to change his situation? If he doesn't seem to be actively attempting to not have continous criminal issues (records) you might want to strongly consider what kind of future the two of can realisticly have.

Do you think of that, if he have been arrested and confronted huge criminal effects, that it may help him exchange? If this is your reasoning for hoping that he gets arrested, then you truly're all right. in case you desire he gets arrested so as that he does not harm absolutely everyone first, then you truly're all right. in case you only desire him to get arrested with the aid of fact then you truly can tell him 'I informed you so' and snort in his face as he is going to penal complex, then we've a issue.
