If it helps, I've never seen one I'd try. I just saw one where she puts something creamy in a champagne glass with frozen berries and canned whipped cream and called it dessert. I call that "snacking out of the fridge at midnight".

I've only tried one, but it was D-LICIOUS & easy!
S'mores Sundaes
8 graham crackers (crushed or broken)
2 pint rockey road ice cream
1 c. hot fudge sauce
whipped cream in a spray canister
chopped nuts
maraschino cherries
Place crushed graham crackers in the bottom of dessert bowls or sundae dishes. Top with rocky road ice cream, 2 big scoops for each dessert. Heat hot fudge in microwave and pour over icecream. Top with whipped cream, nuts & a cherry.
Give it a try, I'm sure you will like it!

She doesn't like to bake so she tends to take the easy way out when it comes to desserts. Baking is more of a science than cooking and well, you know she doesn't like to measure anything . I don't think she has the patience to bake so she just makes some kind of glorified ice cream sundae! LOL

you can tell what you think,by going to rachaelray .com and you can make some of her desserts, and you can find out what you think.Everyone has a different taste,so I can't answer for your taste. Some seen like they would be good, and some doesn't look good to me.it all depends on what we like.
