The parts need repair are suspension and drive axle. My vehicle is a low mileage vehicle. I am worry about the higher mileage of the used parts that the insurance company suggests to use even they may come from the same year or newer vehicle.

Get in writing on the work order, then check after the work is done. This becomes your legal contract the is enforceable by the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

You don't say what year your car is, but used parts may not be the only option, there may be aftermarket new parts available. The bottom line, is, unless your car is new, it is pretty hard to justify putting new parts in to replace damaged used parts. Perhaps you could work out a deal to pay the difference between what they would pay for the parts, and the parts you want to have put in.

Im sorry, but you will not be able to persuade the insurance company to use new parts, unless the car is only a few months old. They are extremely strict in their policies. They will use old or refurbished parts instead; but don't worry they are just as good; but insist on seeing them before they are painted to be sure of their quality.
