Becuase its the thing to do when you are at a party having fun. you make a game out of it and see who can drink the beer for the longest amount of time. You can make the game harder by getting a party bus and doing it on a moving bus much more difficult. but make sure that you hire a well qualified driver that will have no part in the partying.

Big question should be "what's the hurry to get drunk?" We used to drink all night and into the morning. Anyone got drunk too fast or couldn't handle their alcohol was never invited again. And the booze always ran out. This was before "lite beer".
