Need a DVD Authoring software. Nero is a good place to start. Basic easy to use functions.

You need to compress the files to small sizes - if so even change the format of the video files.

Google should be able to point out some good types of software, as suggested by Zylocho, Nero is an example.

Compressing the files will ultimately reduce the quality of the video files, however if this will be a problem them use separate disks.

use nero vision on the nero start screen and place 1 at a time on the menu, it will tell u after the second film has been put on that it can shorten it to fit this mostly works with 3 films at a time, it converts yr dvd to long play, ive had no problems when doing this

Add the 3 movies you your burning software as separate chapters, if you are using Nero that is straight forward

The easiest software would be nero it has visionexpress for creating dvd and nero recode for editing dvd. vso ConvertXtoDVD is quite easy too.

It's posible using Nero Recode, DVD Shrink and many others. Please be aware that being posible doesn't mean it's recommended. Your end product will have a very bad video quality.
