that is insane, most girls get to go on a date at 16. You could just sneak around but that will only get you in trouble. You could try and speak to a counselor and see what they advise. If you make good grades then maybe you want to bring that up and ask if you can go on a double date so that you won't be alone. You kind of have to warm them up to it by doing a little bit at a time. Ask if you can go hang out at the mall or something but if your parents ask who all is going, let them know that boys will be there and maybe they will slowly warm up to the idea.

as long as you're in your teens i say go for it and enjoy it's not hard to lie to parents about things like that you can go to the movies with "a couple friends" or wherever you're going and it's not too hard i actually find it easier when my parents dont even know i'm dating someone because then they dont have restrictions on where we are allowed to be to how late and wether or not we're alone so stay "friends" in front of your parents and what they dont know wont hurt them

just obey your parents ok? for they knows just what is best for you.. you're still young and dating could still wait. you'll come by that anyway as you age up older... i think you better concentrate on your major concerns yet such as your studies perhaps and other sensible or responsibilities yet...
