I am not a member myself nor ever have been but 3 of the previous tenants of my house were members and I get a ton of stuff for them every week.

Any scientologists out there feel free to help me with this.

im not a scientologist but they did happen to get hold of my address and phone no at a health show a few years back. they wouldnt leave me alone-ive told them over the phone ive no interest and they eventually stopped ringing but i do still get a letter every few weeks off them even though ive sent most back saying that theres no one of that name at this address. so there very persistant and take no notice when u tell them to p off. but if you keep sending the letters back they seem to stop sending as much after a while

Learn how to use the trash can. You can't. I am a former staff member and there is policy against removing anyone from a mailing list unless the organization receives a letter on legal letterhead threatening valid legal action.

Hey - I wish they'd save a freaking tree. I still get crap at God knows how many old addresses. If they keep paying postage on it maybe they will go bankrupt.

If you get Postage Paid return mail, you can always return it empty, blank, or filled with other 3rd class mail and they will have to pay postage on it.

The previous post is not correct. You can definitely get these mailings stopped. You simply need to notify the Adress Department at the source, that these individuals "current address" is incorrect, and they will stop sending their mail to that address.

There will be a return address on the mailings that you can contact.
Or simply return them back through the mail with "Address Unkown" or "Not at this address" written clearly on them.
This must be annoying, and the previous tenants should have done this themselves, not left you with the problem.

Put it back in the post box marked "Return to Sender, Hail Xenu!" They will have to pay the return postage.

Just recycle it. Any material that they send to you is something that doesn't get to the hands of gullible people.
