Just wondering, because I am pretty flexible, but whenever I try to do a beillman I can pull my skate up and grab it with the other hand, and I can almost pull it up over my head, but whenever I try to pull it up any higher my back starts to hurt really badly. I stretch a lot, but is there any specific stretches that I could do to make it so I could pull it up higher without my back hurting?

By the way, http://www.denisebiellmann.com/ga/figur04.jpg this is a biellman

Not necessarily a strong back, but a flexible back. Can you do a backbend? If you ever see a really good biellman (Hint: Mao Asada) not only are you pulling your leg high but you are bending deeply back so you achieve the circle like position. If your back was straight, it's be a spiral with a bent leg, or the like.

I do this great stretch which is hard to explain, it looks like this.

Do it after warming up then hold it for a while at the point BEFORE pain, rest, and do it again. Then if you can, do a backbend, or basically put your hands by your hand and lift your body up. I've been doing this and my back is much more flexibile and it's been maybe a month. (I do this almost or every day.)

backbend position

Warning: With any of these, there is a possibility of injury, so do not do it to it's full potention if you are in pain, start small. Lastly, in the first pose, be weary of your knees and neck and adjust to where you are comfortable, like maybe use a pillow for your head.

(Of course, Denise Biellman, the original, has a nice one too!)

I can't do a biellman yet, but I am trying. I also get it pretty high, but I can't quite get it all the way above my head. One of my coaches says that the more you do it, the more you get used to the pain and it goes away after a while though. Keep practicing, you'll get it soon.

You need a good back. Or a flexible one at least. If you can't do it right away, don't force yourself into it, you'll just end up hurting your back. Do a few back exercises first.

I can do a sort-of Biellmann. However, I can't skate with one foot off the ice that well. Wait, I take that back, even with two feet I can't skate that well. So it's odd really.

just keep doing it, the more you do it the better your body will adjust to it, fingers will hurt when learning to play guitar and piano, but you eventually your body gets used to it. Plus, those spirals are pretty hard to do, most people can't even try, be like an Irina and Sasha Cohen and master it!
