The beginning of this years marks my trabsformation from eating junky to healthy.

I dont want to diet, but change the way i eat.

One thing about me is that i like to snack...i am always hungry.

What types of things (besides fruits and veggies) could i snack on between breakfast and Lunch and Lunch and Dinner?

Any fun ideas?

those nature valley crunchy gronola bars and good cuz they have alot of grain in them.

Fruit is always the best thing for you. It's natural and healthy.

Another alternative is snacking on high fiber food.

whole grain foods
nuts and seeds
oats or rye

you kinda took away most of the good ideas when you said "besides fruis and veggies". try dried fruits, they're more flavorful. there's also trail mixes, made with fruits and nuts, that taste great.

popcorn is a good snack,just no butter or salt.
