l own a chihuahua and she is 17 years old. l would miss her so very much when she goes. She let a member in the house know within 5 min. that she is having a seizure coming on. With the med., the person takes to control seizures is doing the job. But still she was never a barker and she love to be made over by everyone. No one can pick her up. that was the way l trained her because l thought someone might steal her. We love that breed also

Chihuahuas's are large pets. If reported with toddlers they have no problems with them. it truly is all in the way you develop your canines. As for the yappy, they have ego's of rotty's in a pint length equipment. yet any habit you sense is unacceptable would be tamed with perfect education.

I had two when I was a child. What fun we had, it was one of the happiest parts of my childhood.
Right now I have a different breed, but I know I'll have a Chihuahua when I'm old and gray. Because they are great with kids and old farts, I mean old folks.

I do my boy is so smart and i had a female chi but the kennel where i took her lost her and let her get out and we never have seen her again we used to look around to see if maybe we could see her . but we never did she had a micro chip so it makes me think whoever took her did not get her to a vet.My male is so cute and I love him to death . he is almost 3 months old and he is almost house broken they are so smart about learning alot . he can already sit and stay too. he understands exactly what i am saying to him. good luck and god bless . when he is older i will get another one.

I adopted a chihuahua/mini doberman mix named Java. Talk about a lapdog! She would honestly sit on your lap (even with strangers!) all day long! I love her!

oh my gosh! you do not know how much i love chihuahuas!!!!!!!!!!!! i do not currently own one, but i am positive i will in the future!I ABSOLUTELY ADORE CHIHUAHUAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
