when i try turn on my ipod it shows me a ipod with sad face. Help

Sounds like a virus or something, you can check out apple support online or go into an apple store

what you need to do is restore your ipod so hook it up to your computer and go on itunes click your ipod thingy and then click restore i pod and then it will erase everything and restore it to its orignal position and then just imput all your music and stuff back in. this also is a hardware provlem so restoring it with the right software should fix the problem look at the link for more info

that is not normal take it to the apple store and show them they know what to do in that case!
