You can't make someone like you. Remember the genie in "Aladdin"? Can't make someone fall in love with you. BUT, you can be yourself, put yourself in a position for him to notice you. Be nice. Talk to him. Be yourself. If he's too dumb or too stuck up to notice you, then write it off as a painful life lesson and move on.
