Are you sure it was 1.3 or was it .13?? The limit is .08, so 1.3 would mean he was pretty close to death and probably is being charged with felony DUI. He has to call you not the other way around. I would talk to his family about it. He probably called them.

1.3 is close to death. Go to the police station ask them what's going on and where is he. They usually give a phone call. I wonder why he didn't call you after he sobered up. I hope he wasn't driving.

It definitely was high enough to get arrested on. What do you mean they wont let you. It could be he (boyfriend) does not want to see you. Did you ask them why you cannot see him? Is he underage? If so then he would be dealing with his parents, not you.

the legal limit is.08
and most likely he may have done something else if they are not letting you talk to him,
go and ask the desk Sargent for information, ( if he will not, ask for his superior officer)..and ask which attorney is representing him and ask for his name and telephone number, if they will not give you any of this, call an attorney yourself and have him contact the police himself, they have to give him some information
good luck
