Try look for your cameras here, might help in your decision. If I had to choose between those two, I think I would go with the Kodak...

My friend has the Kodak EasyShare. I'm waiting for delivery on my new HP Photosmart E427 6.0 megapixel.I personally like a point and shoot camera better.

Do you want to get into photography pretty serious, or just play around? If you want to get serious, get a camera that can accept different lenses. Get the most expensive one you can afford. Personally, I like Canon. They are quality cameras that take great pictures. Also, get one that uses ordinary batteries that you can buy anywhere. You will be glad you did.
