Because we're humans! everybody has hair long and short, pluck the ones around ur nipple with a tweezer, and use Nair hair removal lotion for the stomach area, and don't leave the lotion for too long ull hurt uself and make sure u have a gentle cloth to remove the lotion while the water is pooring on u.. ok hun good luck!!

Because some girls have enough male hormones to cause the hair to grow there.

Whatever way you remove it has disadvantages -- there's no particular reason to remove it around the nippples and unless you're on the beach AND wearing a bikini, do you really need to remove it from the stomach? Get a one-peice swimsuit and leave it alone is the best answer to the problem.

And no, there's no law or reason that says that hair in any particular area must not be shaved. If you're going to remove hair, then shaving is the least damaging method as far as the surrounding skin is concerned.

well my friend has the same problem .. somehow... first of all NEVER EVER EVER shave there okay .. yea anyway.. try waxing just the tummy part not the nipple part.. and i guess the best way which my friend does, is bleaching its really easy, unpainful and just takes like 10 minutes.. try Jolen
even though ud have to bleach like every 1 or 2 weeks but hey its better than having hair showing right? ;) Tc

Because Humans are mammals, and mammals grow hair.

Mammals have hair, we are mammals, may have more male hormone, than female??!! Talk to your OBGYN.

fuzz is normal, but if you have long hairs, please pluck that, it's not cool

That just doesn't sound normal.
At All.
Sounds like your hormones need to find a level.
If not sounds like you need to wax or thread them off.
Good luck
